We chose to hike up to it, but you can also drive. It's the Klosche Nanitch trail. Unfortunately, that lookout structure was dismantled due to vandalism. Sigh. It still has a deck, and it is rumoured to have a decent view, but it was cloudy the day we visited. I don't think much of a view from the structure.
