Your mileage will change depending on your route. I am sure we followed Eric Willhite's route, but it has been a few years. I used to hike up there a lot with my family as we lived near it when I was a child. There was a communications tower up there and some view. It seems impossible to get to Lake 10 now without a brush bash, but we did this in 2016 or 2017 so I can't speak for now.
