We walked a long way from where we parked. You could park closer to the worst of road. We followed directions of someone who likes to walk long distances. Maybe two miles from lookout was a decent sized parking lot. That last bit of road would have been tough for most cars. Big trucks will make it. No idea about the views. I assume they are good. It was snowing when we were there. Tower is fairly tall and quite modern.
