You must call the ranch for permission to visit the lookout. I am pretty sure it has now become a rental. It's a long drive for people from Seattle area. It had a nice view and was fun to visit. The ranch owner was quite nice.
This one is pretty pricey at $150 plus fees per night. It has nice views.
