We went the most direct route. This one is a rental, and the person there told us we could wait until he left in an hour so we didn't get to look into it. It had nice rocks in front with a view. There were several other trails in the area. This is NOT on Firetower.org??? This is part of Mount Spokane State Park. The trail starts from the cross country ski area parking lot. There are big map signs of the ski trails and include a location of the lookout. Find your way to Nova Hut and there are even signs explicitly for the lookout from there.
