With high clearance, you can almost drive to it. There was a large parking lot below it. It had great views, but the road was awful - at least five years ago. We crossed a washout, and it didn't get better after that. I am pretty sure one of our fellow lookout chasers bashed up his car pretty good up that road so beware. It looked like a good place to camp just below the lookout. Great views, and it didn't seem like lots of people going there.
