You could mostly drive to these, but we hiked the roads for the exercise. You have to do minor bushwhacking to the sites, but there were lovely views from what I believe is the lower one. We visited both several years ago. You're looking out at Hood Canal area so it was quite lovely. There was debris at lower one.
