I suppose you could camp up there if you really wanted to as below the final approach there are some flat spots, but I don't remember any water. This one can only be done if avalanche chutes are melted out OR you know how to cross with an ice axe. I wouldn't do it - long drop if you mess up. It's a great hike in summer to fall. Nice views and weekdays not too many people. You can scramble to absolute top, but lookout site is below that - nice view of Rainier. I have been all the way up twice - once as a solo last summer.
