Mileage and elevation will depend on where you start. We started at Iron Gate and went to the Cathedral Lakes - camped at Tungsten Mine. Camped in pass below Windy Peak on our way out and went up there. Thunderstorm came and chased us out. It was steep and rocky that section below site. Gorgeous views. Whole hike/backpack was amazing.
