You can drive to this and North Point structure just beyond it, but we thought the trail would be more fun so we hiked up from the highway. I hear there is a good view from the remaining nice deck like platform and cellar, but it was socked in and wet that day. I wish I had gone when the structure was still there, but I didn't realize the Forest Service would take it out due to vandalism. Sigh. 2024 summer update: We drove up - long, slow drive with some narrow areas, but we spent the night up there with a young couple. It does have a fantastic view! It was quiet at night; then early morning a tribal group came up to do some religious chanting.
