Wall of blowdown starts at 4900 feet so you will need routefinding and good stamina to get past it - looks like trail gets little use or maintenance. No views until the site, but the site is amazing. I'd definitely camp up there, but you'd have to haul your water over all the blowdown so beware. You could also time it so some snow remains for water. It was beautiful up there!
